PDQ 93103 Series Automatic Flush Bolt with Bottom Fire Bolt For Hollow Metal Doors
Flush bolts are used to secure an inactive door on a pair of wood or metal double doors. PDQ 93103 series flush bolts are automatic flush bolts with bottom fire bolt for hollow metal doors. We have brass flush bolts, and steel flush bolts. PDQ 93103 flush bolts for hollow metal doors. Also please note that we also carry door coordinators if needed. We carry different types of flush bolt hardware for various installations.
93103 AUTOMATIC FLUSH BOLT WITH BOTTOM FIRE BOLT - FEATURES
- Low (5lbs maximum) closing force.
- Fully automatic—opening active door retracts top bolt.
- Override feature prevents damage to doors or bolt if bolt head is blocked from entering strike.
- Bolt head rod is adjustable up to 1-1⁄2".
- Includes PDQ #629030 Fire Bolt automatically locks the inactive door under high heat conditions due to fire.
- Bottom fire bolt eliminates need for floor prep.
