Standard Duty Hinges | Roton 780-224 Concealed Leaf Hinges
Application
The Roton 780 224 Series Standard Duty Concealed Leaf Hinges are Lead lined model for hospital x-ray room doors with double row of screws to straddle lead (specify "LL"). The Frame and door leaf alignment ribs are used for proper hinge and door location and has 3/32" (2 mm) inset. This 720 224 Series come with Door edge protection lip.
The specification of the Roton 780-224 Series Standard Duty Concealed Leaf Hinges includes a Clearance of 5/16" (8 mm) hinge side & a standard lock side clearance. #12-24 X 11/16" Flat Head Self-Drill Screws are used as the Fasteners. The 780 224 Series come with Standard and Custom Length Options. The Door Reinforcement is required if heavier weight use 16-gauge channel, & not required to 200 lbs. The Frame Reinforcement is required if heavier weight use 16-gauge channel, is not required to 200 lbs. The 780 224 Series have a Fire Rating up to 3 hr. metal and 90 min. wood composite with studs. All Roton products have a lifetime warranty. The electric portion of the hinge for Electric Roton has a one-year warranty. Material used is Aluminum 6063-T6.
